The American Karaoke Guild currently operates as a service of Westward Connections Inc. Our goal is to make the purchasing process as easy and safe as possible for all parties involved. Please note that an order is never finalized until we have received required order and payment information.

Online purchases are set up to be processed through PayPal, a secure payment service which accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Paypal checks. Purchases in person can be made directly with Westward Connections via Mastercard, VISA, or American Express.

Our products are created "just in time" by several manufacturers (including us) at multiple sites. Items are shipped as quickly as they are produced; therefore, portions of your order may arrive at different times. This assures you of the most prompt delivery of every item ordered. At the time of purchase, you will be made aware of applicable order return and cancellation policies. Membership fees are non-refundable.
