Code of Ethics

Guild members must agree to abide by the following code:

Continually strive to increase positive worldwide recognition of karaoke and of the American Karaoke Guild.
Comply with all applicable laws, domestic and international.
Accurately disclose all relevant information, including one's identity and affiliation with the Guild, prior to conducting or participating in any interviews.
Fully respect all requests for confidentiality of information.
Avoid conflicts of interest in fulfilling one's duties on behalf of the Guild.
Provide honest and realistic recommendations and conclusions in the execution of one's duties.
Promote this code of ethics among the Guild and the World Wide Community at large.
Faithfully adhere to and abide by Guild policies, objectives, and guidelines.
